great location but noisy lobby

Clean and comfy, but service needs work

The place was super clean, which I loved! Nice microwave and fridge in the room, and the breakfast spread was solid—eggs, waffles, the works. But the service was a bit rough. I asked for extra pillows and waited ages. Had to call twice for towels. It was frustrating, especially when my son needed them for his nebulizer.

We had a fantastic time exploring nearby attractions with our grandchild. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of fresh options. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, a play area for kids would be great.

Additionally, the noise levels late into the night from children running around made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which could easily be a mood-killer for those looking to recharge.
